Empower Life Occupational Therapy is a small private paediatric practice offering occupational therapy services to children and adults aged 2 to 36 years across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie Regions. We operate as a mobile service, bringing therapy to you, whether that's in your home, school or community setting, ensuring convenience and comfort for both clients and their families.

Medicare may cover some occupational therapy services when referred by your GP under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP). Please speak with your GP or contact us to find out if you are eligible.
We welcome clients who are privately paying for occupational therapy services. Our team will work with you to create a tailored therapy plan that fits your goals and budget. Please contact us for current session rates and available packages.
You may be able to claim a rebate from your health fund provider for your Occupational Therapy sessions, depending on your health fund level of cover. We recommend that you contact your Private Health Insurer to find out your level of cover.
