Empower Life Occupational Therapy is a small private paediatric practice offering occupational therapy services to children and adults aged 2 to 36 years across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie Regions. We operate as a mobile service, bringing therapy to you, whether that's in your home, school or community setting, ensuring convenience and comfort for both clients and their families.

We believe in providing professional, fun, and creative intervention tailored to the child and adult's interests through a person and family-centred approach.
